A few things landowners usually want to know.
Do I have to pay an agent commission?
No. Pinecrest works directly with property owners, so there is no real estate agent commission owed to us.
Am I obligated to accept an offer?
No. Sharing your property information simply starts a conversation. You decide whether any offer or next step works for you.
How quickly can you close?
Timing depends on the property, title work, and your preferences. If there is a fit, we’ll discuss a realistic closing timeline before you make a decision.
What if I don’t know my parcel number?
That’s okay. Send the property location, county, nearby address, or whatever information you have and we’ll start there.
Do you only buy land in Texas?
No. We consider properties in multiple markets. Submit the property and we’ll let you know whether it fits our current buying criteria.
